Make an appointment and go save a life. It's quick, easy and relatively pain free.
On April 2 I tried to call to verify need for my 0- blood and platelets. Twice. No one is answering the phone and apparently, at this time you have so much blood that you are only taking blood by appointment. My suggestion is to explain on your answer message that donations need an appointment at this time and second, if you can't answer the phone hire a phone answering company to do it for you. The staff is great! Facility is clean and pleasant environment. Sometimes you have to ask them to bake the cookies! As for the digital blood donor app... I’ve had MANY issues with it! The new rewards store is disappointing also
