I agree that the owner/manager will reject to help people who need mental assistance because you didn’t reschedule an appointment 24hrs in advance. I hadn’t canceled or missed an appointment in at least a year, and she sent my referral back to the VA. I had missed appointments before in the pass and she held it against me an refused to reschedule me. My therapist was the best and we had established a good, trusting relationship. Best place ever. They are very personable and they really care.
Very friendly, very professional, clean establishment.
This place is amazing me and my children are all seen here and no issues. I think everyone is always so pleasant and helpful also they were able to get us appointments that worked around our schedule!
Gulf Coast psychotherapy is a joke. Their doctor is not a real psychiatrist but a total quack. He fabricated the results of the previous weeks drug test so therefore i am without necessary medication for a full month. It's either a matter of severe withdrawals or going back to my heroin addiction. May I also mention, when I requested to be switched from wellbutrin and buscar to Zoloft and remeron, he refused even though they were switched to me before.
