I brought my daughter when she was a newborn and I originally loved the setting and how intimate the office was, however the office was a little too far and I was postpartum and in the process of healing and just couldn't make the drive. I tried to return 17 months later, because I was tired of the larger, busier clinic that I was taking my daughter to and I was told that I couldn't return once I transferred out, although I visited just once when my baby came left the hospital. I have been with Naman for a long long time my oldest is 21 now and youngest is 16. She is the best and we love Dawn!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND: They refused to see my 1 week old because the hospital made an appointment on my behalf which I was not made aware of and ended up missing. Due to this they refuse to let me make my own appointment and would not see my son. I am outraged and DEFINITELY WOULDNT SEND ANYONE I KNOW TO BE AS FRUSTRATED AS I AM. Refusing care to a newborn due to something I didn't even do is wreched and awful
Nice but they refuse to get us certified interpreters or write down to communicate with parents that's wrong
