Although Dr. Scott is wonderful and has a great bedside manner, the customer service at this location is utterly terrible. The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional, particularly Jenna. I am appalled and extremely disappointed at how rude and disrespectful she was. I was 15 minutes late to my contact recheck, and I called to let the provider know I would be late due to a traffic jam. I asked if my pupillary distance could be measured and was told it could be. During my eye exam I asked the doctor for the measurement and she told me they don't do that in her office but would do it out front in the glasses store. I found this odd because my previous exam elsewhere the doctor just gave me that info. Went along with it and went out to sales floor to find frames. None fit me correctly so I figured I'd have to order online like usual. Sales staff refused to measure me bc I wasn't buying THEIR glasses. Hard to ... read more
I was just driving my friend here because she was going to get drops in her eyes. Everybody was very friendly and her appointment probably took maybe a half hour she had to wait for maybe 5 minutes before she saw the doctor.
