RecommendedVery friendly staff, and they offer a great interest rate. it’s a great credit union. BUT, their drive up and walk in teller service is EXTREMELY slow, at every branch I’ve visited.
I need someone to explain to me why, if I've paid my auto loan prior to the closing of the business day why my vehicle is disabled. This is the 3rd time this has happened. This is unacceptable!
My boyfriend has been opening up his account for almost two hours now. When I came, it took 30 minutes. This is not okay. I will not be recommending anyone come an open an account at the Main Branch again. Hopefully downtown is better. Ridiculous.
We switched to GCC FCU from a bank we had used for 15+ years, very nervous to do so but from the time we spoke to the very first member service rep we knew we had made the right decision! They have helped us more in the past 2 months than our previous bank had in 15+ years!! Very happy with our switching! We have opened checking & savings account, refinanced our home and purchased a vehicle and have had GREAT experiences in all!! The only thing I could even complain about would be needing more loan officers in the branches!!
The d'Iberville branch has the best employees! Ave West and Adrienne Wilburn always go above and beyond. They are friendly and helpful every visit. Thank you ladies!
