Recommendedi just joined and am completely satisfied with all aspects of your service.
Their ATM’s never work. I don’t care if you’re trying to deposit cash, a check or make a withdrawal.......they ALWAYS can’t do what you need them to do. The wait time is horrible, doesn’t matter if you are in the branch, at the drive through window, or calling in to speak to a representative. You always have at least a 10-15 minute (if not longer wait time). Highly unacceptable for this day and age. Get your act together.
Your web site is the most primitive conglomeration of HTML that I have ever seen or been forced to endure. Constant failure to connects. You waste my time when I need to see where my money is. I just opened a mortgage account with you but your web site sucks.
