Got a great auto loan always treated right friendly staff wonderful customer service
I have been in line since 1107 it is now 1154 just to deposit a check this is ridiculous
If they do not have their lobby open to customers please explain why they would only have two lanes open at the drive thru! We don’t have any other option and have to wait forever! This is ridiculous! And they have a fourth lane but use it for parking personal vehicles at. I know they have more than two tellers on staff so why not make good use of all of them?!?!
This bank is very inconvenient. Wait time anywhere is way too long. There is always some sort of problem with my account and i have to constantly call customer service which takes FOREVER. I will say the employees at the orange grove branch are extremely professional and nice. Other than that i do not recommend this bank.
Being I live at such a distance from The Orange Grove and all other branches I rely quite heavily on my GCCFCU app or online for most all of my banking needs, out of over twenty years of banking I have experienced very few major problems and a handful of minor. The customer service has always been very courteous and beyond helpful. The phone wait time is sometimes long but I know that when my call is received I'll get the same consideration and service no matter the time it takes.
