If I could leave a Zero star review I would. The car wash scratched my car and they refused to do anything about it. Instead they screw me around for a week then tells me it wasn’t their fault.
Great customer service and they even removed all the bugs and I only paid $3 on Tuesday!
My favorite car wash in Lafayette! Awesome service every time. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to get my car washed here.
The guy who directs your car and washes it off before hand is very rude. It was our first time at this car wash so we didn't know where to stop/what to do. He got very snappy and was basically a jerk. I couldn't believe he was talking to us like he did. He needs a new job or a class in customer service.
My husband and I have the unlimited monthly wash package and we love it. However the past few times we have gone we have had to wait over 30 minutes due to people getting out of their vehicle and pre washing their own vehicle. Not only does it hold up the line but it is an insult to the employees working that you don't think they are doing a well enough job. If you want it washed a certain way wash at your house or pay extra for the detailing.
