The fast pass that they have been selling has not worked since March. Could not get anyone to replace it until May and it still doesn't work. Talked to a staff member that said the owner and manager knows about the problem. Gulf Breeze could care less about the complaint but they sure don't mind charging $35.95 every month, this fast pass scam.

Sat waiting half of my lunch break for someone to come help because since I got my fast pass 2 months ago it hadn’t worked one time so they have to come lift the gate for me everytime. Vacuums never work. I had a fast pass at the one by the dealership on Ambassador and never had any problems like this.
My filthy car is now perfectly clean thanks to the fab folks at Gulf Breeze! Courteous, professional and thorough. Thanks, guys, for putting the sparkle back in my day!!
