Totally awesome place. AJ was great!! Was visiting on vacation and they were recommended by a few friends that live here saying that they won't price gouge tourists. Drove my Excursion over 400 miles after breaking down the morning we were leaving on 7 cylinders so I can get my family on vacation and I was really at their mercy. I have a twenty year old RV, and her Service Engine light began flashing. After having an appointment at one place where they ran out and greeted me with the bad news that they can't work on RV's, Gulf Breeze Automotive agreed to see her that day. They took her in at about 9:30 and let me wait in their comfortably furnished waiting area. Went to Tuffy’s to get lights replaced that I already bought. The guy quoted me $15-20 over the phone got there and they tried to quadruple it. (Had this service done by them before for $5 then $10 two different occasions) Came to Gulf breeze Automotive and they did the same labor for free as it only took them 5min. I can't say enough good things about Gulf Breeze Auto. Everyone here goes above and beyond every single time I have an interaction with them. Ken even came to my house one time to help me with a recurrent problem and gave me his cell phone number to call at any time when the diagnosis wasn't certain, in case I got stuck somewhere. You literally cannot find better service anywhere in a 20 mile radius, including in other industries. If you need a repair, bring your vehicle here. No matter what.
