Recommendedlove living at gulf breeze aparts. It's and quiet, good people and they stay ontop of any maintenance you may need . They are quick to help you solve any concerns that you think you have. I've been here three years and hope to be here many more.
It's a Great Place to live. The staff in all categories are excellent at providing excellent customer service. Not to mention the additional parties they put on for residents. I love it here.
Great place to live!!! Staff is very pleasant & caters to the needs of the Residents. Very attentive whenever I need something fixed, it gets done in a timely manner!! Great location also!

I love front porch life. So many apartments don't have front porches, so blessed Gulf Breeze has them. The apartments are a nice layout and I have met some very pleasant people here. Staff is always friendly. Grateful to live here.
When you're stove has been broken for over a week, (work order placed 6-18) So I finally get a chance to call( 6-25) an im told we aren't a priority because they have inspections on other units on the property.. Get no information on when they will even be out? Now the stove is making the whole house smell of burning plastic anytime its turned on.. how is it I pay rent in full every month for the past 4 years and I can't get anything fixed? Will it be a priority when it burns down the unit? unreal..

I really like the architecture of Golf Breeze !!! May the blessing of God cover this place and the people who live here !!! And to all the workers who work hard, to maintain the order and the peace that is in this place !!!
