What type of a job do you guys provide? You are charging me for replacing my window and then your tech and customer support says they are not going to remove my furniture. Are you kidding me? Do not take a job if you cannot complete it.

Thank you for your Feedback. Our insurance does not cover any damage to a Home Owner's furniture. We ask that the Home Owner move any furniture that is needed for the replacement to be preformed.
Not only their lazy staff Ginger is unprofessional, the Manager Roy Mauro is even worst than any unprofessional person I have ever seen in my entire life.
For a so called professional company I was unpleasantly surprised by the way my order was screwed up, causing a lot of inconvenience for my customers! Upon further research I have found that this happens quite a lot! While they did work out getting me the right parts, the non chalaunt attitude of the service employees to upper mngt will keep me from recommending this company for any services.
Fantastic choice of beautiful Cabinetry , Appliances, Windows and Door selection. The designers are tremendous and will truly exceed all your expectations. Gulf & Basco will always be my first choice for my new home.
