We've been attempting to get two window replacements completed since January 2020. Gulf & Basco installed the windows in our home when it was built in 2014, so our builder, DR Horton directed us contact them directly back in January as mentioned. They sent technicians to measure a d diagram in January, they have been to our home 3x since then attempting to install. 2x the glass didn't fit and 1x they brought out the wrong window entirely. RecommendedJust bought my cabinets and appliances from G&B and I am very happy with them. Delivery went very smooth and my kitchen is looking better than I ever expected. Highly recommend them for any kitchen/ bath renovations.
Ended up taking a day off work waiting and waiting for the tech to show up to install windows, and they never showed. HORRIBLE Customer service!!
I love my cabinets and counter tops! Ask for Ronit, she's wonderful! She goes the extra mile and provides excellent customer service. Marco and Victor are excellent tradesmen. They transformed the vision Ronit helped me build into reality! I highly recommend Gulf & Basco for your cabinet needs.
I love my new cabinets. They are absolutely beautiful. Ronit was such a big help to order the cabinets for my kitchen and bathroom. She made the stressful situation of having to rebuild after Hurricane Harvey, so much easier. I highly recommend Gulf and Basco and be sure you ask for Ronit when you go in. They do many other things besides cabinets. I ordered all of my appliances with them too.
I am extremely pleased with Gulf & Basco. While recovering from Hurricane Harvey, they gave me a great price on bathroom and kitchen cabinets. These have many features I did not know I could afford like self-closing drawers and doors, a built-in laundry hamper, and a built-in kitchen trash can. They give my whole house a modern and clean look. We recently visited Gulf and Basco for help designing our kitchen cabinet layout for our new home. We met with Ronit and she offered her assistance even after we told her our home was being built out of state. She did not have to do this but she was very gracious and did so antway. I cannot thank her enough for how much help she provided, she was awesome.
