Dr Gulani is a business awho played with my eyes with wrong advice just for money.it is a shame that eyes is life and with wrong consultation and just greed for surgery money you can assure him wrong consultation. This so-called “doctor” destroyed my eyelid margins during meibomian gland probing (MGP) performed in September of 2012, after I traveled to Jacksonville from Canada. Specifically, I was given NO steroid dosing schedule for the acute inflammation that followed the probing. In a hand-on-the-doorknob phone call the day after the procedure, I was told to “use my intelligence” concerning the frequency of the Pred Forte dosing I should use.
