Dr. Zhang was very thorough and efficient during the implant procedure. She called me in the afternoon to make sure I had picked up my antibiotic and mouth rinse prescriptions. I also got a call the day after to check on how healing was coming along. The practice is very caring!!

I called the dental office today to find out if I'm able to become a new patient. The person answering the phone was unable to kindly explain what information she needed from me. Instead, she showed no empathy, raised her voice and eventually hung up on me after I pointed out that I didn't feel like I was being treated respectfully. I hold a Master's degree but also have a foreign accent. Any idea why she thought she can be so disrespectful? Dr. Zhang is wonderful! She makes my dental implant procedure easy and smooth. Her assistant, Gabriella, is very helpful too. She called me the day after and asked how I feel after the procedure. The front desk rep, Renee, is effective as she explained everything that I need to know about the insurance payment. As a whole, Dr. Zhang and her team made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Zhang to everyone! Thank you!
