I've never ever had a pleasant experience at the dentist until I started seeing Dr Zhang. An extremely pleasant clinician, who, while conducting the procedure, is always checking how I'm feeling. Her bed side manner and obvious expertise in the dental field make her the best choice for someone like me who has had poor experiences in the past. Her hygienist Kara, is also exceptional. Dr Zhang and her assistant were so good at explaining my procedure which was root planing. Made sure that I was comfortable and in no pain. Left with great instructions and to call if needed. 2 days later and I feel great
It took MONTHS to get an appointment with Dr. Zhang (because I needed an in network periodontist), and this, after several phone inquiries and a couple of in-person appearances at the office to see if there were earlier dates. Finally an opening! My appointment was moved from June to April 22, 2024, which was GREAT. I filled out ALL the paperwork online on Sunday, April 21, 2024. Dr. Zhang & her team are amazing! No one wants done what i had done…Worse case scenario; best case outcome! I had an implant removed, tooth extracted, bone cleaning & bone graft. She will also place new implant in after healed. Minimal discomfort the following 24 hours; zero pain after that. Minimal swelling. Highly recommend.
