In my opinion, Marc is operates in an unethical manner. I will not do business with this guy or make offers on his listings. Just not worth it.
In my opinion Marc is very unprofessional, unethical, and immature. Marc doesn't seem to have anyone's interests in mind other than his own. I would NEVER recommend him to list your property...under any circumstances!!!!!!
As a local real estate investor, several times I tried to work with Marc, but each time his product were very questionable and his behavior non professional.
