Came in on a Saturday morning with my 10 year old. Received immediate attention and saw a provider within minutes who was thorough, patient, and kind.
I brought my daughter into the Oakwood location today, on Labor Day, because she has been running a fever and woke up with a horrible cough. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and very quick to assess and treat her. I believe the doctor's name was Miss Julie and she was absolutely amazing. Being seen, filling out paperwork, and having my daughter treated so quickly was an actual pleasant experience. Staff is always very friendly I love that fact that you are in and out and the waiting is not very long at all. Overall I am pleased every time I have to come.

My mother in law who is 75 yrs old went to the Oakwood clinic after visiting another urgent care two times without getting any better. The took her blood pressure and told her they were calling an ambulance to take her to the ER. She spent 3 days in the hospital. We are very grateful to the staff and doctor for taking such good care of her.
I brought my 8 year son to this clinic with 2 days of fever,sore throat and cough,front person was pleasant and professional ,she checked us in in less than 15 minutes,then the Doctor saw us in few minutes,he was personable professional with great bedside manners,they checked him for flu and strep throat infections,he had flu A positive,they called his prescription to our pharmacy ,we were in and out in less than an hour,by the time we got to the pharmacy medicine were ready to pick up,all went easy and smooth with minimum w... read more
I went to Guilford after three days of what I thought was the flu. After some lab work they said I did not have the flu but was dehydrated. I got IV's and two shots. I got 3 prescriptions and felt good enough to go to work the next day.. The nurses were kind and the doctor listened to me better than my primary doctor.. I will use this place from now on..

I have been a long time patient at Guilford Immediate Care. I have visited both locations and have never had a bad experience at either location. This is an excellent facility and they are truly top notch when it comes to bedside manner, listening to the patient and attending to mine and my family's medical needs. I have always felt right at home with this facility and they always follow-up afterwards regarding my condition and needs. You truly cannot find a better facility.
