First off if you want quality service fast go to Guilford Eye Center. My appointment was at 3:45 and I was in my car at 4:20!!! No time wasted. Dr. Thurmond is efficient and answers my many questions!! Cherie helped me with my glasses and again answered all my many questions. The entire staff is wonderful and always friendly and smiling and that's important. I've been coming here for over 10 years and have no intention of leaving!!
I have been a patient at Guilford Eye Associates for about 10 years. I can say unequivocally that Dr. Wood is the best optometrist I have ever had. Everyone in the office is very professional and so helpful! My husband was a patient at another doctor’s office and was having trouble getting a correct eye glasses prescription. My family has been going to Guilford Eye Center for years. They have always been helpful and professional.
I've seen Dr. Wood for over 10 years. He's always very nice and answers any questions I have. The contact lens department staff is very helpful and very polite. The eye wear department staff, most are friendly and helpful. I've only had a couple of issues over the years, nothing major.
Everyone at this office was amazing and couldn't have been nicer to my daughter , Husband and I. Especially for the first time someone needs glasses they explained everything and made the process so easy for us the process so easy for us! Thank you
