Meg Robb and her team were amazing! After dealing with a horrible mortgage company for months and months trying to close on our house she was able to do it just a few weeks! We went from paying 36k down to 4k!!! Guild even got us a great interest rate.... 2.5% lower than the other company! Every step of the way they explained each process and what things really meant in our loan. No surprises. Caroline and Kita helped every step of the way! Not only are they brilliant at what they do, but they were simply a joy to work with!
