Definitely! We had been working with our previous mortgage company and I was not comfortable with the way our loan process was going. Our realtor, Kari Shuffield, gave us Samantha's name and contact information and it was smooth sailing from there. The stress we had had was gone. Laura Mears and the whole team at Guild Mortgage in Belton, TX were so awesome in getting our home loan processed. I think we inadvertently brought many challenges to her, which she seemed to effortlessly blaze through. She was very patient with us and helped through every step of the way. This team rocks!
Worse experience. The individual helping us left and we had to redo all the processes again. We decided to just use another lender.
Samantha at Guild was awesome!! We were first time home buyers and she walked us through the entire process and helped us understand every step. I will definitely work with her again.
After dealing with another lender for weeks with no answer to any questions, we decided to change our service to Guild Mortgage. Best decision ever!! The process was quick and we were able to close on our home on the initial closing date without any issues. Samantha and the rest of the Guild crew were amazing!!
Bad experience about getting Samantha on the phone talking about leaving messages and not call back. What can we do to get in contact with anybody for an issue on a mortgage payment because this problem supposedly solve like a couple months ago and always keep telling we will work on it or we will cal you back. Not at once anybody like Samantha call back or let us know something about the issue. So this is a horrible mortgage company I would not recommend to anybody.
