First time home buyers. Been in this process sense august, it’s been living hell. They are terrible at communicating, terrible customer service, completely RUDE, and like to throw random things on you last minute.

Niki was easy to work with. She answered all of our questions and was very quick to respond to emails or calls. She made our home buying process so easy and walked us through everything we needed to do for selling a home and buying a new one. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage company.

Andrew, Vanessa and their team were amazing to work with. Their communication was very effective and always quick. Andrew really took the time to walk me through any questions and ensured I was set up well each step of the way. The portal is very easy to use which made some of the tedious tasks that much easier. I was impressed by the communication, work ethic and personal touches throughout the experience. I would highly recommended working with Andrew and his team at Guild!

Never been so disappointed with a company's professionalism in all my life. Guild Mortgage Company is the type of company to dick you around for over a month and leave you hanging for more than 10 days only to say hey there we just realized that we didn't know what our own company policies were until you threw a fit about not getting your phone calls and emails responded to so now we know and we can't help you.
