I DO NOT recommend Guild Mortgage - Their computer system crashed when we were closing on the purchase of our home and caused so much confussion and delay. ☹They sent us a $10 Dominos gift card for our patience 🤣
Duke was phenomenal! He was so patient with my being a first time home buyer and answered all of my questions! Duke was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to any of my family/friends.

I was put in touch with Erica and her team after our previous lender dropped the ball on our mortgage paperwork just 2 weeks before we were supposed to close. They were able to get our mortgage approved and closed only about 2 weeks after we were originally supposed to close. Erica’s team is amazing! They are professional and timely and really know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them for all of my future lending needs!

Kris Davis and his team are by far the best in the business.
