My family needed help navigating the painful task of dealing with a LTC facility that my mom was admitted to. These places tend to take advantage of the lack of knowledge families have and use it to their advantage. Leann was incredible in helping me navigate our situation in. transitioning my dad to a nursing home. Every time I doubted I was doing the right thing (which I was), Leann pointed out the alternative scenarios and made me so much calmer. My husband and I really appreciated access to the types of services offered by Guidewise. We found these services to be reliable, trustworthy and Steve Bingham in particular was very helpful. Of course, there were issues to be addressed and problems -- and they were all resolved with candor and teamwork. I would recommend them heartily.
