This person is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional "therapist" I had ever encountered. After one session with a 20-year-old who had just lost a parent and was unsure of a lot of things in life, Guidera became angry when the patient asked about the cancellation policy and was told "I don't want to see you if you don't want to be here." I thought psychologists were supposed to be trained in dealing with reluctant patients. Apparently, Guidera skipped that day.
