The team at Guidelight failed to protect me from the bullying of another patient. This patient called me names, dismissed my struggles, and made incredibly rude comments to me during group sessions and the staff completely failed to address it. When I requested it be addressed, they danced around the issue. I would never go back there!
Very easily the best mental health place i’ve ever received treatment from. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt okay, giving me skills and affirmations that i’m gonna carry with me for the rest of my life!
It was amazing! I was a client and the staff were so nice! No matter where you come from Guidelight has welcoming hands to help you with anything you’re struggling with! And it has an adult section so it’s teens and pre-teens in one and the adults in another. It’s great for any age!
