Staff is rude when you call to try to reschedule an appointment because you are sick. They make it very clear that their time is more important than that of their patients. They need to realize that things beyond our control can come up and make accommodation for that. Having to wait 6 weeks to reschedule is ridiculous! I do like my doctor but, that's all I like about them.
Very rude staff. Telephone system is horrible. Do not return calls. If they do answer the phone, your immediately put on hold only to be disconnected.
Well My first appointment here at the cleveland Hiwassee was quite horrible. what happened i couldn't believe, i had a appointment with a case manager and then had a med appointment with Marian, which when i got out of my case management Marian was mad that they had me come to their appointment first and she told me "Don't you EVER let them do that again!" so apparently cause i had that appointment she was as mad as a Hornet... i couldn't believe how she was acting... so i decided to start scheduling my appointments with cas... read more
PMHC. Is the largest community mental health center in Putnam County. It is the only one with a Outpatient MENTAL HEALTH CENTER that any one can come to and get help for depression, anxiety, stressors that have increased your ability to cope with others , even your family. You can get help if you hear voices and see things that aren't there. I went to my initial visit over 2 weeks ago, walked out and forgot to make follow up appt. I've been trying every since to make an appt. The phone doesn't even ring..... a message says "lines are temporarily busy 0416"......seriously, what am I now suppose to do? I do not have the gas to run into town to make appt and return at a later date? how can they leave people hanging like this....I have no clue what to do. I have been trying to find some help for a mentally challenged man who has to move due to the building being sold. I have left a voice message with three different people here and no one has returned my call.
