They don't want to give me meds until my labs are drawn but they can't send me the sheet to get them done because they are not in the office. 100% useless. defiantly changing doctors.
We’re going through a global crisis. I’m an essential worker and I’ve gone almost a full 3 weeks without my physic medication. No telling how many other people with mental health issues are having problems with their prescription because of this places poor restrictions and procedures. I love my Therapist/doc, but this long and this poor lack of communication is causing me major hardships
No psychosocial assessment or history. No defined goals. No treatment plan. Family destruction. Information in notes was not reflective of the session.
