GuestSpaces helped us find a clean, gorgeous house to enjoy a wonderful family weekend in Austin. The pool and outdoor patio was a great addition to be able to enjoy. 10/10 recommend GuestSpaces.
GuestSpaces provided my family and me the absolute best staycation. We stayed at their Luxury Eagle Lookout house in West Austin. The home was impeccably clean, modern and in a great location - close to the city, but secluded for privacy. Favorite part about the property we stayed at was the "Nest" floor at the very top of the house. Great for drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise in the morning.
I rented a “luxury” hilltop villa for my family and I for some much needed R&R after self quarantining for over 3 months. We picked this home as it stated it was not for parties and best suited for families. Also, the property rental company GuestSpaces stated they were taking extra precautions with cleaning and sanitation. I have had the same experience as Beth with this company. I booked through Airbnb and had to cancel due to COVID-19. Out of the $670 down payment for the stay, they returned $35 of it. They are taking advantage of this pandemic and pocketing money from the stays that were booked prior to the outbreak. This is not something guests can control and it should NOT be handled this way. Very greedy company and I would not recommend.
Not take advantage of customers during the COVID19 pandemic -- They charged me for a "Guest Space" that I was unable to use because of the outbreak, not because of choice. Although it was made law that we could not travel, they still charged me $600 for nothing.
We had a great stay with Guest Space! The house was so cute and had tons of room for our weekend in Austin. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all the showers! I would highly recommend staying with Guest Space.
We had an Airbnb disaster for my sister's bachelorette and GuestSpaces Vacation Rentals saved us!! The duplex we were able to rent was perfect for our group. It had spacious rooms, very clean and well taken care of. Two large living rooms as well as a shared patio for all 15 of us to congregate together in! The cleaning ladies were so accommodating in providing us extra towels and pillows as well. We had the best time in Austin and this rental was a key part of our experience!
Great stay at this home! Super convenient location.
