This place has the worst customer service. I was threatened by the graveyard hotel front desk service man for asking for clean towels for me and my guest. For two days. A few hours after my request at 1 am I get a loud knock as I am now sleeping. He, Tyrone, asked for my old towel. Which I gave him, and that’s when he threatened me with charges out of my cash deposit by taking pictures of some mascara that had transferred onto the towel after use, along with dirt from the floor on the floor mat towel. The room had fixtures covered with painting tape and only one light worked in the whole room. Some light fixtures didn’t have lightbulbs. Bedsheets hadn’t been changed from the previous use. Nasty.

**Suggestion!!: DO NOT FRET about checking in after 7PM, in fact, SHOOT for that time & CROSS UR FINGERS that JILL is at the desk!! JILL IS WHY I keep coming back to this hotel. MASTER at the craft of HOSPITALITY! When I walk in she’s there right away, she remembers my son, myself & all the nit-picky details I request!! HATS OFF TO JILL!! Sincerely, Erika
This place is garbage..dirty, smoke smell in room,carpet nails poking out of the carpet...offered a 50 dollar discount,lied about it and gave us 20 dollars off..never again....
This place is filthy. Algae or mold was visible. Left without staying because the conditions were so repulsive. Refused a refund but we still decided we had to leave... It was worth paying for it plus a different place not to contract an illness. The employee at the front was a nightmare also. Matched the disgusting place they worked. One of the only times I haven't thoroughly checked reviews before staying... And obviously that was a giant mistake!! So. Everyone else, make sure to never enter this god awful dump.
My family were goin through a medical emergency had to leave by ambulance leaving all our belonings behind. The hotel was gracious enough to not charge me for the days our room room sat empty with our stuff, but also packed up an kept safe our belongings with no questions asked. If it wasn't for their kindness in the midst of our crsis we would have lost all of our belongings as we were in the middle of a move.
