Made the whole experience very simple and easy im very pleased
Alex and his team completed the removal of two large trees with stump grinding as well as the trimming of two large trees. The job was very large and took quite some time - I was very flexible with my timeline for completion since I knew it was a large job. Alex and his team did a great job. They cleaned up everything nicely after their work and on time.
They were awesome. Great work ethic.
When I first called Alex I told him that I had more work than just mowing and edging. I needed leaf removal, weeding of flower beds and other areas, and shrubs trimmed. He agreed to do it. When he and a woman arrived, they mowed quickly, and when I reminded him that I needed shrubs trimmed, first, he told me that he didn't like to do mowing and trimming shrubs on the same day and he would come back to do that on a Saturday. Business response:
This customer was confused with her mow schedule and thought we were to mow when the weather would not permit. Subsequently she hired her neighbor to mow while the lawn was wet. All of my customers are important and I would never abandon one customer for another. In following up with this customer to address her concerns we could not come to agreement. I tell all my customers that when weather is not permitting I will take care of them on the next good weather day.
The owner told me he will have two people working but ended up only one guy left to do the job. However, it is fine since he got the job done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them.
They were careful about their work. They did a very good job and cleaned up after work was completed. We have plans to use them again.
