Individual showed up and stated his edger wasn't working and that he would edge next time. While I understand things happen, he should not have so readily accepted the job if all of his equipment wasn't working properly.
I would have rated all 5's except that I had to rearrange my Saturday when there was a change from morning to afternoon the day before, and then they arrived 30 minutes later than he said, started to wonder if they were coming at all, but he did apologize for that. The cost seemed high, but they did an EXCELLENT job and I plan to use them again.
They did a good job with lawn care services!

These guys are the real deal. They are prompt and professional, and stand behind their work. Some of the sod they laid did not make it in our front yard and they came back to replace it at no out of pocket cost to us. Alex is super nice, a great communicator and he'll work well into the night and on the weekends to get the job done. We highly recommend Guerrero Landscape!
