Wow what horrible service. I came in yesterday to return a product I had purchased at the San Diego location. My purchase was for days prior to my return and the sales rep refused my return due to the tag being cut off. He spoke to his manager and his manager still refused the refund. I asked to speak to the manager who came out from the back and was very short and rude saying we can't take this back due to the tag being cut off.
