good customer service and nice place they have good stuff
I had to go to Gucci Galleria yesterday and wasn't treated with the same respect that I receive from North Park Gucci. I exchanged a belt because they had the size that I need after North Park had them to hold it for me. The sale lady wouldn't accept my husband Black Card even though I had his DL with me I've never had a problem until yesterday. I bought two $430 wallets; one for me and another for a birthday gift for friend out of town I mailed it to...I asked if I can return it with receipt a month later if needed if friend doesn't like/want it and they said "No problem". A month later my friend sends it back and I try to return it and I am denied. For spending this much money on a wallet and to be lied to and treated like this....I will NEVER buy another Gucci product again! Totally unacceptable Customer service! BOYCOTT GUCCI!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED FOR A CERTAIN BELT BEFORE I WENT IN THERE N THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE IT, I FOUND A GREAT REPLACEMENT
