They just take your money and after you have no more money then they tell you to pick up your pet. They don't take that we are seniors on limited income and just paid them $22,000 to save our baby. Which they didn't and never told us anything and still didn't give us results that we paid for.

Our English Bulldog, Churchill, died under a simple test procedure conducted by Dr. Joseph. On June 28th, 2022, Churchill, was scheduled for a MRI at Guardian at 10am to determine the source of his sporadic jaw pain. His visit was not an emergency and the jaw pain was controllable with medication. At Churchill’s arrival, all of his vitals were taken. I brought my dog here at 3am Sunday morning 1/25/21 because he was vomiting and in pain. The staff came out and met me in the parking lot. they took the dog in for treatment they gave me an estimate for $948.11 at first only to comeback out in an hour telling me they made a new estimate for an additional $2249.20. they contacted me later on that morning with another estimate for $814.52. so at this point i had paid $4011.83 then Monday morning Dr. Palma Called me recommending surgery for an additional $4500.00. for a bloc... read more

The treatment we recieved here should be illegal. I brought in my dog, he got a ct scan and biopsy and we got him back in TERRIBLE shape. He died one week later. Doctor Berg will not return ANY call.. all I wanted was an explanation of his condition but he didnt even call to tell me he had cancer. I have called 10 times and the doctor hasnt called back once. STAY AWAY
