Mike seems to have no clue what he's talking about, after a misdiagnosis of the situation he tried to fix he then had to consult with multiple other sources only to not come to a conclusion or fix the issue he was originally called for and refuses to stand by the warranty.

Your landlord's lifetime warranty issued with the exclusion is for for Carpenter Bee service only. It does not cover general pest control or other services. 4 Stars I wasn’t overly thrilled with conversation with Mike before his arrival to my home. But over all he did his job. That’s all that matters. Would recommend.
Punctual arrivals and reasonably priced treatments have worked well. Nice techs and a great owner make this a good service company.
For years I had problems with ants and some mice. Ant problem was really bad. Since I signed up with Gaurdian no more ants. I would recommend 100.
Been using them for years. Always a great job well done by Mike.
