Do Not Recommend Guardian Storage! They have a pest problem! We rented a large, indoor, climate-controlled unit with Guardian Storage to keep our items safe and clean while we look for a house. We rented there from March 2019 through March 2023, and paid upwards of $300/month. On 3/25/2023, we found mice droppings, a mouse nest, urine, and chew marks everywhere. We were shocked since this is an indoor unit. They said this is rare, and they have a pest control company come once a month, but obviously something was overlooked.... read more
Predatory Business Practices at Guardian Storage. Horrible customer service. They raise the rent substantially without any notice. They know their tenants will be upset about this, so they don't answer their phones or allow you to leave a voice mail. I emailed them about the unauthorized charges on my credit card and the manager emailed me back a very nasty message and basically told me to get lost.
