Very nice good business
Guardian has safe, clean units that are easy to access. Their added benefit of the low cost moving truck rental was also extremely helpful with moving in and out.
I had a great experience with Guardian Storage in Bloomfield. The facility is easy to access, which made storing my belongings stress-free. Matt and Ashley are very friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I had questions, and they made the move-in process quick for me and my mother. I’ve been to other storage facilities but they never provided this much great customer service and most of their facilities are not kept clean as this one! :)
I used to like these guys, but I've gotten fed up with the constant rate hikes. Every couple of months, I get a letter that says "due to the increasing cost of property taxes, labor, etc. we find it necessary to adjust your rate". what utter rubbish. (edited for politeness) My real rent (not the promo rate) in 2022 was $113 for a unit. In 3 years, that has gone up to $153 for the same unit. That's a 35% increase in 3 years. Followed the door instructions to ring doorbell and wait for manager. No one came. Waited for a good while in case they were helping someone else. Would appreciate if this place was actually staffed
