I used to like these guys, but I've gotten fed up with the constant rate hikes. Every couple of months, I get a letter that says "due to the increasing cost of property taxes, labor, etc. we find it necessary to adjust your rate". what utter rubbish. (edited for politeness) My real rent (not the promo rate) in 2022 was $113 for a unit. In 3 years, that has gone up to $153 for the same unit. That's a 35% increase in 3 years.
