This business used to be great, but has gone downhill quickly even before COVID. They set an appt, then lied when I called about why they didn't show up. I have a text confirmation and the lady in the office said "they don't service my area on that day." When I called to cancel the services, she was extremely rude and defensive. Instead of trying to make it right and save the business, she was nasty.
