What a disappointment it was working with this team. Not only did I have to get transferred to a new mortgage broker because of the 1st person's screw up, but then after months of back & forth they still failed to come through. The manager acknowledge the number of mistakes and then when they ran into a speed bump with my info they just walked away. Greatly disappointing as I will be closing with someone else, but because of going with this option I lost months of time and had a lot of headache. I wouldn't recommend them to ... read more
