I have been going here for years, the customer service has always been most excellent, but they have been kinda slipping. I called and asked if I could please show up 5 mins after close, I know it's the end of the day, but this was a small ask, we got stuck up in construction and literally drove past at 604pm, they would not help. For 30+ yrs I went to a large chain drug store. Service was terrible. I switched to Forbes 3 yrs ago. Great decision, service is excellent. Gam and her team are professionals and I always get my meds when they promised. Gam is knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Gam always ensures my experience at Forbes is efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I have been frequently using this pharmacy for quite a few years now because I live very close. Overall it's service is superior once they get to know you. The turnover in staff is a bit of a detriment because the people they seem to have already seem top notch. I adore Gam and Ahmed, but desperately miss Quinn. I will continue to shop here because the regular staff and pharmacy staff really seem to care about their clients. I just wish the higher ups\mgmt put more effort into keeping the quality staff they have... Much less... read more
