Hunter inspected my new homes chimney that hadn't been used in 5+ years. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me fix my damper door to be better sealed, and explained everything in great detail. Hunter arrived earlier then expected, was very professional about all my questions, and provided me with excellent advice on how to go forward if I plan to use my chimney. Excellent service overall and I would highly recommend.

Joseph from Guardian Chimney was awesome! Knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I had a small leak coming in the side of my chimney and he fixed it fast and in the most affordable way possible. The next time I need my chimney cleaned or repaired, there is no question who I am calling.

We’ve worked with Guardian twice - once to replace our utility chimney, and once to work on our fireplace chimney, which was in rough shape. Both times they were communicative, quick to schedule, and did great work at an affordable price.

I reached out to Guardian very last-minute for a chimney inspection, for help with a home inspection to purchase. They made sure one of their employees arrived at the date and time requested. He was thorough, polite, and knowledgable. I also asked for a one-day turnaround with an estimate for repairs, to use in negotiations, and they were able to do it in less than 24 hours, delivering an estimate that seemed reasonable, appropriate, and reflective of what I'd been told in person. Had chimney brick work replacement, capstone replacement , and tuck pointing of entire house . They did a great job. Crew very polite and informative. Did a nice job of cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend this company and would have them back if any work needed in the future.

My experience is exactly what Bev P and others experienced. Joe was great, always getting back to me via text within the hour, even if it was after hours. They rebuilt my chimney from the roofline up and his team was professional, hardworking, and polite. He made every effort to find bricks to match my 96 year old chimney, and he succeeded!
