Guardian was one of several companies we had called for a quote. Not only did they provide an estimate within a couple of days from when I originally called, but they completed the work faster than I had anticipated, knowing how imperative it was to have it completed sooner than later. Top notch communication and a very professional team of employees. Glad to have their contact information readily available, should a friend or neighbor need a trusted and reliable chimney referral!

We recently had a complete rebuild of the exterior of our brick chimney and installment of Heat Shield in the flue. While the final cost ended up being higher that the original verbal estimate, we found the charges quite reasonable after observing the type of work that was done and the size of the crew that was required. All of the workers treated us very professionally and with courtesy. We have been extremely pleased with all the work that was done.

Guardian came out for a chimney cleaning in the fall and let us know that we needed a chimney rebuild, firebox reconstruction and a flue liner. Though this was more than we anticipated, Joseph responded quickly to all of our emails & texts, gave us a clear breakdown of costs and helped us work with our insurance company. CHIMNEY DEMOLITION I contacted guardian chimney to see if they would demo out a 60ft chimney going through 3 floors in the middle of the house. Joe was timely to get back to me with an estimate and was able to get me on the schedule within 2 weeks. Super impressed. They were safe efficient and tidy. I will be using them as future chimney contractor in the future

In March 2021, I reached out to Guardian Chimney Solutions for some help repairing our chimney. I also reach out to a few other companies. Guardian was the first to reply via email and offered to inspect the issues within the first week after contacting them. The others did not even respond. The owner came on-site, took pictures both inside and outside of the chimney. Guardian Chimney Solutions was GREAT to work with. Not only were they honest but I felt they had my best interest in mind. We were a week away from closing on a property and were surprised when the fireplace chimney needed repair to pass the buyers inspection requirements.
