The service was amazing, starting with their prompt reply to my inquiry about closing our flue. I had been to two different chimney companies, one was unresponsive, and the other gave an outrageous estimate. Guardian gave a very reasonable estimate and did the work two days later! The guys were very quiet and respectful of our property. I highly recommend them.

I looked around for a solid chimney company to repair my dilapidated old one and Joe and his team were the only ones willing to do a quick free estimate. During the process they remained in constant contact and were beyond professional and respectful of my time and questions. They ensured the job was done quickly and did not claim the need to wait until it was warm outside while make me feel beyond valued. Would suggest guardian 10 times out of 10!

Excellent, prompt service. From quick quotes, to the extra length they went in supporting a home insurance claim & showing up per communicated time, these guys work super hard to ensure great customer service. Highly recommended! Thank you Guardian for restoring our fireplace, so we can enjoy it!

Everything from the quote (impressive with documents explaining work options, products, codes etc to a Tee) to scheduling, and execution was on point. The crew came on time, about 6 workers, they conquered and cleaned up when done. GCS provides pictures of completed work, which is icing on the cake but should be considered the new standard. 5/5 stars! A great value, we got every penny worth out of the cost. Within a few hours of that assessment, I have a detailed proposal in my Inbox for review and approval. When the started work, they took out all of the old degraded brick and removed all of the waste from my property. We were referred to Guardian Chimney by another contractor. We originally had them out to clean our chimney for our wood stove, which we knew was deteriorating as it is over 35 years old. Yes, chimney was in need of repairs and needed to be brought up to code. Joseph provided us with details of all service that they would provide to replace/upgrade our chimney. They were very easy to work with and the team that worked on site was great. We would happily recommend them to others.

Hunter inspected my new homes chimney that hadn't been used in 5+ years. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me fix my damper door to be better sealed, and explained everything in great detail. Hunter arrived earlier then expected, was very professional about all my questions, and provided me with excellent advice on how to go forward if I plan to use my chimney. Excellent service overall and I would highly recommend.

Joseph from Guardian Chimney was awesome! Knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I had a small leak coming in the side of my chimney and he fixed it fast and in the most affordable way possible. The next time I need my chimney cleaned or repaired, there is no question who I am calling.
