This agency was unreliable. I had an aid who would call out of work, but pull out front of my house to clock in and get paid anyway. I never knew if the aid would show up or not. Anytime I had to call the office I dealt with unprofessional rude staff. My daughter is 15 with cp. The task were not hard. The aid would eat my food and sleep on my couch the whole time. I enjoy working here, they treat both clients and their staff like a family member.
The staff here are crooks I do not advise anyone to use this company they don't pay for overtime I have a claim in now with the Delaware labor board against this place
