We reserved a unit and signed a lease yesterday. Arrived today with a truck load, have to make several trips neck and forth and get on the road this afternoon for a 12 hour drive. Upon arrival, our access code provided does not work. We called every phone number provided for 20 minutes with no response. Someone finally answered and we have been on the phone for another 30 minutes with no resolution. He says our code should work, he provided a backup code and keeps having to put us on hold.
