Anne was absolutely wonderful and so helpful! She made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was even able to double check information for me in a speedy time frame.
Reserved a truck 3 weeks before move date, with pads and 1 appliance dolly. Arrived to find there was no truck, and they haven't had pads or dollies since October. We were offered a bigger truck, no extra charge, but no pads/dolly. We canceled our order. Bad business practices. I was told my order was a request, not a reservation.
