Our experience with Bish’s Junction City was excellent start to finish! We came from out of state to purchase our Brinkley Z 3100 5th wheel and had to coordinate many things long distance. Buyer beware- they do not stand behind their paperwork! Warranty repair is somewhat of a joke. Diamond membership is totally a joke. They tried to charge 50.00 for supposedly a free winterization. Their in house repair personnel do not accept what their Rv fix technicians tell them. We bought a brand new Rv with extended warranty and have had problems with the slide out EVERY single time we go camping. Luckily the Rv phone technician explained how to override the system. Super helpful, courteous and knowledgeable employees!! Everyone should visit the Parts Department at the Travel Center! If they can't help, they will direct you to who can! Give them a try!
