Switched from larger Eugene, OR dealership for a better customer experience. Scheduled oil change/lube service on older Silverado pickup online. A bit cumbersome, but okay. On arrival, met Samatha at service check-in. She actually seemed happy to help. Check-in was a simple and quick process. The dealership had clean, comfortable spaces to wait. 70 minutes after check-in, the job was complete and a still smiling Samatha saw me on my way.
