The absolute worst customer service by management I have ever experienced, and we have been owning Chevys for over 20 years, going in for maintenance, etc. & this by far is the worst location I have ever been to. Price is completely different from what was quoted at drop off, and what is on the bill at pick up, without prior heads up on what extras "needed" to be done. Service department has a compete lack of communication. Had to follow up multiple times myself with zero call back. Was finally told truck was ready and show up and it’s not actually ready!!!! Won’t be coming back. Tustin GMC nearby is a much better option.
I hate car dealerships as much as the next person but this one doesn’t force add ons, financing, protection plans, and what have you. You just don’t see this kind of honesty these days. Pretty shocking. Ask Andrew to help you.
