I brought my 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV to Guaranty Chevrolet after it was rear-ended, trusting that a certified GM dealership would provide a professional repair estimate. When I dropped off the car, I clearly agreed to pay $257 for the estimate. However, after 10 days, I was suddenly told I needed to pay $740 instead.
