Happy with the truck, but not so much on the support after the sale. Before I left the lot with my truck, I pointed out to the sales person Jonathan that there were some paint imperfections on the hood that need to be taken care of. I've called and texted both Jonathan and Brian, the other sales rep involved in this sale to discuss bringing it in. I have not received a call back from either of them. They had the best price around on the bumper cover I needed for my C5 Corvette and had it in stock! Excellent service from the parts department.
Drove an hour in rush hour traffic from San Diego to Santa Ana after talking to the sales rep on the phone multiple times about the price of a used Chevy Bolt. When I finally get there, there is an additional $1,997 in "dealer-installed accessories" that I didn't ask for. I was able to successfully get them to remove $1,602 of these "accessories" from the price, but was told by Antonio Barron that because the $395 "CSC Door Guard/Screen Protect" was already on the car, that this "accessory" was mandatory.
