I have always brought my vehicle for service and today was one of the worst service i ever recieved. Nothing about my bill was explained to me correctly i was told 2 different prices and ended up paying more! I will go back and sort this out! On top of that after i paid i had a simple question for william since he was the only one there, he was on the phone and i was there waiting for about 5 minutes and was not acknowledged once! Went there a few months ago to get service done, however, asked the guy if they can wash SUV n they said no due to the water shortage. Not 10 min. later I saw a truck outside all washed. Guess I have to be white to get it washed ( I'm latino). I had to leave right away once the SUV was done n I asked the CS guy if he can send send me via mail what things need to be done to the SUV as they could NOT find my paperwork and he told me ok and still waiting. .....
