Matt with Guaranteed Roofing and Contracting is part of a family owned business that was recommended by my Insurance Company for my roofing needs. Mat came out to my home today and let it be known that I definitely need my roof replaced. I also had a couple of water spots in my frontroom on the ceiling and he took the time to caulk the vented roof area at both ends of my roof fir now. I have used guaranteed on two homes that had hail damage. Excellent work. Nate took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Did a fantastic job relaying any concerns he had as well. He pointed out issues I was not aware of and did a fantastic job keeping me up-to-date on the progress. After the second job was complete, a neighbor found a roofing nail a day later.
